At MIRACLES™, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of wellness and personal care products, we only accept returns in specific cases such as:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Defective packaging or leakage

To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • Product must remain unused

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

  • Clear photos/videos of the issue must be provided

Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

Refunds

Approved refunds may take several business days to process depending on the payment method and order status.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.

Cash On Delivery Orders

For Cash On Delivery orders, refunds (if approved) may be processed through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
